"We were shopping around for auto, home, & motorcycle ins. Needed to compare apples to apples. Weston took the time to get all the information and give us a quote. He also took time to see how adjusting deductibles and options on our different policies affected the premiums. All this happened over a couple weeks, with my schedule and checking with other insurance companies. Weston was always helpful and friendly. He saved us over $1200 yr between all 3 policies and we got a bit more coverage on our homeowners policy. Thanks to his patience and knowledge, we are saving money & getting more coverage. We did end up talking to someone else in the office once, when Weston wasn't available, and she was just as helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She also forwarded on to Weston what we talked about/changed. That let's me know that I'm covered with the Jake Asbury StateFarm office. We've decided to go with their office over 2 hours away instead of the local office for these reasons, plus Jake Asbury's military service, both my parents are vets. It takes a community.
